Account

It’s very easy and quick to open an account with Paper Things. Go to the Register page and fill the form with your name, email address and your password.

In the My Account section at the bottom of the home page. You can also press the person icon next to your shopping cart. Once you are in your account, you can edit your details, addresses, as well as checking your order history and printing out any invoices.

My Account

If you have lost or forgotten your password, choose the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the account login/register page. We will send you an email so you can set up a new password.

Note – You should never share your password with anyone and Paper Things will never ask you for your password.

Ordering

You can browse our sections and products using the main headers from our home page or type in the search box at the top of the webpage to look for a particular product.

If you like a particular product and want to buy then choose your quantity required, which is next to the image of the product. The quantity is always set to 1 but it can be adjusted with the up and down arrow or simply add the number required in the box. Then click the “Add to basket” button.

All purchases are stored in your basket and can be viewed at anytime by clicking the Basket Icon in the top right corner of the webpage.

Once you are viewing your basket you can update and remove any items that you have changed your mind on. Your shopping basket updates as when you shop so you can check it anytime. You can continue shopping and add as many items as you want to your bag before checking out.

Once you have reviewed your basket and happy to purchase then click the “Proceed to Checkout” black button at the bottom of your basket. On the left of the “Proceed to Checkout” you can also add in a voucher code if you have one and apply.

At checkout, complete all details including your address and shipping address, we have made this form very quick and easy to complete.

Then select the payment provider you wish to use, tick accept Terms and Conditions then proceed to payment. From here you are then passed through to payment with your chosen selected payment providers own secure site to complete payment details. For your own added security Paper Things does not hold or store any customers payment details.

Once your payment is complete then you will be redirected back to Paper Things and you will receive a confirmation of your order via email.

We unfortunately don’t accept any orders via email or telephone, we value our customers security and have a strict policy in place. For your own added security, Paper Things does not hold or store any payment account or card details. All payments must go through the website and our secure payment providers.

There are two ways to apply your coupon, once at the basket stage add your coupon code and click apply.

You are also able to apply your coupon at the checkout stage.

We are unable to cancel or update an existing order once your parcel has been booked out. If you haven’t received your delivery confirmation email then you can get in touch with us via our contact page and we will certainly help, cancel, amend or update an existing order.

Because we offer free postage and packing, the easiest way is to start a new order and place the extra items that are required in your basket and checkout again. If we haven’t booked your order out for delivery then we are likely to combine them together for shipment.

Your payment is taken when you place your order and complete payment details by our payment providers.

For your own added security, Paper Things does not store or hold any credit card information. On checkout you are redirected to our payment providers for completion of the transaction. Our payment providers include Paypal, Amazon Pay and World Pay.

We offer:

  • Free Delivery within the UK (3-5 days)
  • European Standard Deliveries (14 days) – £4.95
  • International Standard Deliveries (14 days) – £5.95

We currently deliver to the UK, most of Europe, United States of America and most countries in the rest of the World.

If we are unable to deliver to your country after ordering, we will advise as such via email with an explanation and full refund on your order.
